As an Agent, we always will work with Landlords’ preferred Suppliers and Contractors when managing their properties.  If they have a favourite Plumber for example, then that is who we will appoint on their behalf to fix a leaking tap and this goes for all services and trades.  However, if Landlords wish to turn to us for a recommendation, or indeed stay hands off and just leave us as their Agents to get on and sort a contractor or a service provider for their properties, the PJP team have excellent relationships with many experienced Trades People and Professionals.  We are happy to highlight a few of those partners here:
