Damian has worked in the property for over 20 years, culminating in starting Patrick James Property 8 years ago. Hearing people's frustrations in the sector, Damian is passionate about creating a service that successfully guides both tenants and landlords on their property journey and fosters an environment that is fun and fulfilling to be employed in.

A banana, just takes the edge off the hunger without too much guilt

Definitely out riding my mountain bike, followed by good food and company
Danique - Business Development
Danique has been in the property industry for over 10 years and enjoys the variety it brings to her everyday work life. She is passionate about the sport of netball and is a qualified coach and umpire. You can usually find her on a Saturday going for goal in her league netball match. Danique’s other love is interior design. She loves the different ways in which you can make a house a home and has even designed and decorated homes for some of our landlords. Danique now has her eyes set on business development and looks forward to the new aspects it will bring to her ever-expanding property knowledge.

Who doesn’t love a bit of Selling Sunset. From the multimillion-dollar homes to the fashion!
